Question 1: can I do anything to improve the dude rowing on the thingie on the right? See:



Someone started telling me to do something with that but I don't know what. She said it looked too static. Suggestions? Comments?

Question 2: What do I do with it now?

This is unstretched canvas stapled to a drawing board nailed on a wall. I wanted it unstretched and I want it to have the feeling of debris and refuse, but . . . what do I DO? Mount it on something? Cardboard? Wood? I don't know.
